In this stage, students would be enlightened with the elementary rules vital for understanding work culture. This would enable them to act and react in an appropriate way which shall be a key for unlocking corporate deadlocks.
In this stage, students will be given complete clarity on the profession and its prospects. For e.g., realistic distinguishing features between “CA in Service” & “CA in Practice” will be clarified. Also, all the current updates will be thoroughly discussed. This will erase all the unrealistic views about the profession.
In this stage, major emphasis would be given on communication skills & soft skills which are mandatory to survive in the real world. It is pertinent to note that only practical knowledge will be given and no theoretical exam will be conducted. However, practical exams conducted will be rigorous. This is the personality development stage.
In this grooming stage, students will be taught the art of presentations. It is necessary to be computer savvy and well-versed with the professional corporate culture. ILLUSTRIOUS VISITING FACULTIES The privilege of global insight into the fields will be provided by visiting faculties from globally renowned institutions, while prominent personalities from the CA profession, the corporate world and related disciplines will visit as guest lecturers.

This is an entry level examination for the Chartered Accountancy Course
This is the stage of the Chartered Accountancy curriculum after foundation, wherein knowledge of core and allied subjects to accountancy profession is covered.
This is the final stage where practical knowledge is acquired by a student during articleship and is tested against the rigorous examination conducted by ICAI.
The Gurukul has tied-up with reputed CA firms across the country and allotted a workplace to these firms within the campus premises. Students would be under direct mentorship of the founder CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal, Partner of Uttam Abuwala & Co., Mumbai, and registered with reputed CA firms, thereby enabling them to serve their articleship from within the campus itself. During the campus articleship, students would be accommodated at the hostel on the campus.
Since inception, the basic requirement of articleship training under CA course has been of complying with CA firms to perform routine work like filing of returns or performing various kinds of auditing functions which is in the nature of mere compliance officers. All other professions like MBA, Engineering, Law, etc. have a MBA in Finance or Marketing, Engineer in Electronics or Mechanical and a Criminal or Civil Lawyer, etc. It is time that even CA’s hone skills that are more industry specific rather than routine or generic skills. UPACA Gurukul, is our attempt to give to the society a much needed industry specific CA. During articleship training students will be exposed to research work in the area of Mutual Funds, Insurance, GST, International Taxation, Banking, etc. which will help them to develop expertise in their specialised fields. After completion they may use this knowledge for discharging their responsibilities as a CEO, CFO, COO or a specialised practising Chartered Accountant.

ELIGIBILITY

CA Course as per the ICAI

The aspiring candidate for a CA exam should have cleared the Senior Higher Secondary Examination (10+2). Students waiting for (10+2) results can also apply. Students can join a CA program after (10+2) or graduation. There is no restriction in terms of age or percentage secured in (10+2). Foundation Course is the most important examination to be cleared by the candidates in order to enter the profession of Chartered Accountancy.

If any Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate who has studied any 3 full papers of 100 marks each out of :

Management Including Financial Management and passed the examination by securing a minimum aggregate of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade from any recognized University is exempt from appearing for Foundation and can directly appear for the next level i.e. CA Intermediate Course (Former CA IPCC). Intermediate Course For enrollment, a candidate should pass both Foundation and 10+ 2, before registering for Intermediate Course. CA Final Exam For enrollment, a candidate can appear for the Groups or Group I or Group II as the case may be subject to fulfilment of following conditions: The candidate must have passed the Intermediate Examination. The candidate must have completed the practical training as required by ICAI.

B.com as per the MLSU

The course for the examination shall extend over a period of 3 years: F.Y.B.Com
S.Y.B.Com
T.Y.B.Com
 
A candidate passing Senior Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) of Board of Secondary Education of Rajasthan or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and securing 45% and more marks in the aggregate shall be eligible for admission to F.Y.B.Com and similar terms and conditions would be applicable for S.Y.B.Com and T.Y.B.Com.
